PROTEIN TUNA MUFFIN

This tuna muffin is pure protein, and its Mediterranean flavor, thanks to TERANA Oregano and TERANA Ground Garlic, will leave you speechless. Ideal for keto diets, low-carb diets, or just if you're watching your health! ✨
- 2 cans of tuna in water (well drained)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Sesame seeds for decoration
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the drained tuna, eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper, TERANA Oregano, and TERANA Ground Garlic until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
4. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. The muffin will rise and be cooked through.
