MEXICAN POPCORN WITH TERANA SPICES

🍿 Are you already on vacation, on the couch and watching your favorite series and movies? Why don't you give your popcorn a SPECIAL twist with this recipe? 🇲🇽
Mexican Popcorn with TERANA Spices
- 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (such as canola or sunflower)
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Minced Chile de Arbol
- 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cumin Seed
- 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika
- Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Heat the oil: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the corn: Pour the corn kernels into the pot and cover with the lid.
3. Wait for them to pop: Shake the pot occasionally until you hear the kernels pop. Once the popping has subsided significantly, remove the pot from the heat.
4. Prepare the spice mix: In a small bowl, mix together the TERANA Minced Chile de Arbol, TERANA Ground Cumin Seed, TERANA Paprika, and salt.
5. Season the popcorn: Pour the freshly popped popcorn into a large bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture on top. Stir gently to coat all the popcorn evenly.
