MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE VEGETABLES

Ingredients

- 2 cups of your favorite vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers) chopped

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- ½ teaspoon of TERANA Ground Oregano

- Salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add your vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

3. Remove from heat and, while the vegetables are still hot, sprinkle with TERANA Ground Oregano.

4. Season with salt and TERANA's freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir and serve immediately!

 

* TERANA Tip: For an even more gourmet flavor, also use a touch of TERANA Garlic Powder at the beginning of the stir-fry. It instantly elevates the flavor!
