FRENCH FRIES WITH A GOURMET TOUCH

Ingredients

🍟 Take your fries to the next level with TERANA quality! Perfect for any celebration.

 

- 3 medium size potatoes

- Vegetable oil (enough for frying, such as sunflower, canola, or grapeseed)

- 1 teaspoon of potato seasoning (make it with TERANA by mixing ½ teaspoon of TERANA Ground Garlic Powder and ½ teaspoon of TERANA Paprika).

- Salt to taste (after frying)

Directions:

1. Prepare the potatoes: Wash the potatoes well and cut them into thin sticks (like for French fries). For crispier potatoes, you can soak them in cold water for 20-30 minutes and then dry them thoroughly with a paper towel before frying. This step is key!

2. Heat the oil: In a deep pot or large skillet, heat plenty of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. The ideal temperature is around 350°F - 360°F. You can test for doneness by adding a small piece of potato; it should be bubbling actively.

3. Fry the potatoes: Carefully add the potatoes to the hot oil in small batches to avoid lowering the oil temperature too much. Fry for 5-8 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy.

4. Drain: Once fried, remove the fries with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate covered with paper towels to remove excess fat.

5. The TERANA touch: While the fries are still warm, sprinkle generously with the potato seasoning you created with TERANA spices. Add salt to taste.

6. Serve immediately: Enjoy your homemade fries with the unmistakable touch of TERANA! The best side dish or centerpiece.
