CUCUMBER AND YOGURT DIP WITH MINT AND CUMIN

Ingredients
A refreshing and creamy dip, ideal for vegetable crudités, pita bread, or tortilla chips. TERANA Ground Cumin Seed adds a warm and exotic touch. 🥒🍋
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ medium-sized cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- TERANA Ground Cumin Seed
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the grated and drained cucumber, chopped mint, and minced garlic (if using).
2. Add the lemon juice and season with TERANA Ground Cumin Seed and salt to taste. Start with ½ teaspoon of cumin and adjust to your preference.
3. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
5. Serve chilled, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
