CHEESE AND SPICE DIP WITH A SMOKY TOUCH

Ingredients
🧀🫕 This dip is the perfect snack for any gathering. Creamy, full of flavor, and with a smoky touch that makes it irresistible. Served warm, it's ideal with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
+ 8 oz of cream cheese, at room temperature
+ 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
+ 1/2 cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
+ 1/4 cup of milk
+ 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Garlic
+ 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Onion
+ 1 pinch of TERANA Paprika (optional, for a spicy kick)
+ Salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste
+ Freshly chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, TERANA Ground Garlic, TERANA Ground Onion, and TERANA Paprika (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour the mixture into a small, ovenproof dish or deep dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned around the edges.
4. Remove the dip from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro if desired, and serve immediately. Serve with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or veggie sticks.
