BAKED FETA WITH MARINATED OLIVES

Ingredients

  • 450 g of mixed olives (can be black, green, and Manzanilla)

  • 3.5 oz of queso fetta

  •  

  • For the marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

  • ½ tablespoon of TERANA Oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of TERANA Chopped Garlic

  • ½ teaspoon of TERANA Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1.7 oz. of extra virgin olive oil

  • 0.35 oz. of lemon juice

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine the olives, parsley, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and paprika.

2. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine the flavors.

3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and cover it generously with the olive mixture.

4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes (or until the cheese is soft and the olives are bubbling).
