TURKEY OR PORK LOIN FRITTERS.

Ingredients

    Tired of turkey in a sandwich? Give your leftovers a spectacular twist by transforming them into turkey or pork loin fritters with a smoky touch you'll love.

    Turkey or Pork Loin Patties with Chipotle

    - 2 cups of shredded turkey or pork loin
    - 1 beaten egg
    - 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (Oaxaca or panela)
    - 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs
    - 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Chipotle (to taste, if you like it spicy)
    - 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cumin (for that gourmet touch)
    - Salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste
    - Oil for frying

Directions:

1. Base Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cheese, beaten egg, and flour or breadcrumbs.

2. The TERANA Touch: Stir in TERANA Ground Chipotle and TERANA Ground Cumin. Season with salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper for an intense flavor. Mix everything very well.

3. Shape the Fritters: With your hands, form flat, compact fritters.

4. Frying Time: Fry the fritters in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside (about 2-3 minutes per side). Drain them on paper towels.
