TUNA SALAD

Ingredients

    If you feel like having an easy and light dinner today, a tuna salad sandwich is an excellent choice. Easy, quick, and very nutritious!

    ● 2 cans tuna in water
    ● 1/4 chopped onion
    ● 2 stalks of celery chopped
    ● 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    ● 1 tomato chopped
    ● 1/4 red bell pepper
    ● 1/4 green bell pepper
    ● The juice of one lime
    ● 1 avocado chopped
    ● TERANA celery salt
    ● TERANA mexican green salsa seasoning mix
    ● TERANA ground black pepper
    ● Ground black pepper
    ● Sesame oil
    ● 1 lettuce

Directions:

1. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add the drained tuna.
2. Add a splash of sesame oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3. Serve on lettuce leaves.
