SPICED SQUASH COOKED IN AIR FRYER

Ingredients

    🎃 If you're trying to keep your weight this summer, a good idea is to cook your food in the air fryer to avoid using too much oil.
    The spiced pumpkin recipe is a good example of how to do that. Also, this dish contains vitamin C, an antioxidant that prevents aging, protects cells, and strengthens the immune system.

    + 1 teaspoon of TERANA oregano
    + 9 oz of pumpkin, peeled and cut into strips
    + 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
    + 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
    + 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
    + 1 teaspoon salt
    + 1 teaspoon vinegar
    + 1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients and add them to the pumpkin.
2. Place the pumpkin in the air fryer for approximately 8 minutes. (You can add more or less minutes, depending on how crispy you want it).
