PASTA WITH EYES

Ingredients

    👁️ Tasty and creepy at the same time! Our pasta with eyes is a delight that you won't be able to resist.
    - 21 oz of minced meat
    - 1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
    - 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
    - 2 garlic cloves, minced
    - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
    - 1 large egg, beaten
    - Salt to taste
    - TERANA Ground Black Pepper
    - 21 oz of spaghetti
    - 1 and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
    - Oaxaca cheese, sliced
    - Black olives, sliced

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 390°F and line an oven tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the meat with the onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper. Then form 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
2. Bake for 13 minutes and then, on each meatball, put a piece of cheese and a slice of olive to make the eyes. Bake until the cheese melts, 2 minutes or more. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and serve.
3. Pour the tomato sauce on the spaghetti and add the meatballs.
