OAXACA CHEESE AND EPAZOTE QUESADILLAS

Ingredients

    🌿 Craving a quick and delicious meal? These fresh cheese quesadillas with epazote and squash blossoms are an irresistible choice. 🧀
    Oaxaca cheese and epazote Quesadillas:

    Time: 10 minutes. 4 pieces.
    Ingredients:
    - 4 corn and nopal tortillas
    - 2.8 oz of Oaxaca cheese
    - 1/4 white onion, sliced
    - TERANA chopped epazote to taste
    - Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Grill the cheese, sliced onion and sprinkle the epazote on top. It is not necessary to add oil, with the whey of the cheese it is enough to cook everything without sticking.
2. Cook over medium heat until the cheese looks a little golden and melty, and the onion is transparent, add salt at this point.
3. Heat the tortillas over low heat, when they are flexible flip and on the side that was already heated put the cheese and vegetables, fold and cook until toasted to taste. You can put a few drops of oil to make them brown and firmer.
4. Eat at the moment and serve with your sauce of choice
