MUSHROOM TOAST

Ingredients

    This toasted bread with mushrooms and epazote is perfect for a quick breakfast or dinner, and it’s a delight for your taste buds! 🌿

    Time: 20 minutes. 2 servings.
    Ingredients:
    - 8 medium mushrooms
    - 1 medium red onion
    - 2 medium garlic cloves
    - 2 slices of toasted bread
    - TERANA chopped epazote to taste
    - Salt to taste
    - TERANA ground black pepper to taste
    - Grated cheese

Directions:

1. Disinfect the mushrooms.
2. Finely chop the red onion and garlic clove, place them in a saucepan, and sauté until softened.
3. Cut the mushrooms into strips and add them to the saucepan; cook over medium heat until tender and golden. Season with salt, pepper, and epazote to taste.
4. Place the toasted bread slices on a plate and spread the mushroom mixture on top. Add the grated cheese for freshness and texture.
