ITALIAN CHICKEN MEATBALLS

Ingredients

    🐥 Meatballs are a creative way to turn ground meat or chicken into a flavorful dish. With or without sauce, this delicacy is an essential in any mom's recipe book.

    Chicken meatballs

    + 1 lb ground chicken
    + 1 tablespoon TERANA beau monde seasoning
    + 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    + 1 tablespoon Maggi sauce
    + 2.08 oz of goat cheese
    + Salt to taste
    + 1 cup of white wine
    + 2 cups of crushed tomato sauce with basil
    + 1 red bell pepper
    + 2 tablespoons of TERANA chopped onion
    + 1 tablespoon TERANA ground garlic
    + 1 tablespoon avocado oil
    + 1 tablespoon butter
    + 1 egg
    + 2 cups of chopped spinach
    + 1 cup chives

Directions:

1. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper, beau monde seasoning, Maggi and Worcestershire sauces.
2. Then mix with the cheese, chives, spinach, and egg until you get an even mixture.
3. Place a little oil in your hands and take a little of the mixture to make balls.
4. Preheat the pan with the butter and oil to seal the meatballs. Once they are golden, take them out and reserve.
5.In the same pan, fry the garlic, onion, and pepper and add the tomato puree and wine; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
6. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook them for 10 minutes.
