EGG OMELETTE

Ingredients
- 🥚🍳 Happy Egg Day! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and, with a touch of flavor, it becomes the most delicious. Today, we'll show you how to make a TERANA spiced egg omelet to start the day with full energy.
- 2-3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil or butter
- 1/4 cup of your favorite chopped vegetables (onion, bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms)
- 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, TERANA Ground Garlic. TERANA Paprika, and TERANA Ground Black Pepper until foamy and well combined.
2. Heat the oil or butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until soft.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Using a spatula, stir the mixture gently at first so it cooks evenly.
4. When the bottom of the egg is cooked but the top is still a little runny, sprinkle the grated cheese evenly.
5. Using the spatula, carefully fold the omelet in half. Cook for one more minute, until the cheese is melted and the egg is fully cooked.
6. Serve the omelet immediately, garnishing it with some chopped fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
