CHICKEN CURRY WITH COCONUT AND PAPRIKA

Ingredients

    🥥 A dish full of flavor, creaminess, and that unique touch that only TERANA spices can offer. A feast for the palate!

    - 4 chicken breasts
    - 1 can of coconut milk
    - 2 tablespoons of TERANA Indian Curry Powder
    - 1 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika
    - 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cumin Seed
    - 1 red onion
    - 2 garlic cloves
    - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    - Salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste
    - Fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:

1. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt, TERANA Ground Black Pepper, TERANA Indian Curry Powder, TERANA Paprika, and TERANA Ground Cumin Seed.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until golden.
3. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked.
5. Serve with basmati rice or quinoa, and decorate with fresh cilantro.
