SPICY AND REFRESHING MICHELADA WITH A TOUCH OF TERANA

Ingredients

    🍻Take your michelada to a new level of flavor to celebrate Beer Day! TERANA seasonings will give it that special touch that makes it unforgettable.

    - 1 cold Lager or Pilsner beer of your choice
    - The juice of 1 or 2 limes
    - 1/4 cup of Clamato (or tomato juice if you prefer)
    - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
    - A few drops of hot sauce (Valentina, Tabasco, or your choice, to taste)
    For the TERANA seasoning in the drink:
    - 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika, a pinch of TERANA Ground Garlic, and a pinch of TERANA Ground Black Pepper

    For the rim of the glass:
    - Coarse salt
    - TERANA Chili Powder
    - Ice
    - Lime wedges for garnish

Directions

1. On a small, flat plate, mix the coarse salt with the TERANA Chili Powder. Moisten the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge and then dip the rim into the salt and chili mixture, spinning it until well coated.
2. In the already frosted glass, add the lime juice, Clamato (or tomato juice), Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
3. Add the TERANA mix to the liquid base in the glass. Stir well to blend the flavors.
4. Fill the glass with ice to taste. Slowly pour the cold beer until the glass is full.
5. Stir gently with a long spoon and garnish with a lime wedge.
