SPICED CARAJILLO WITH STAR ANIS

Ingredients
- A sophisticated and aromatic take on the carajillo, where TERANA Star Anise infuses a subtle, sweet and anise-like flavor into the classic coffee and liqueur cocktail. ☕🥃
- 60 ml of Liqueur 43 (or a similar sweet vanilla and citrus liqueur)
- 60 ml of freshly brewed and chilled espresso
- 1 TERANA Star Anise
- Ice
- Orange peel for garnish
Directions
1. Pour Liqueur 43 in a rocks glass filled with ice.
2. Add the TERANA star anise to the glass. Let it infuse for a few seconds to release its aroma.
3. Slowly pour the chilled espresso over the liqueur and ice.
Stir gently.
4. Optionally, you can light up a piece of orange peel over the drink to release its oils and then drop it into the glass as garnish.
