Ingredients

    🍍🍹 Preparing a Piña Colada worthy of a Caribbean resort for this hot summer should be on every Mexican's to-do list.

    - 1 cup of freshly chopped pineapple (or frozen for a thicker texture)
    - 1/2 cup of coconut cream (not light coconut milk)
    - 1/4 cup of white rum (or more, to taste; leave out for a non-alcoholic version)
    - 1/2 cup of ice
    - 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Nutmeg
    - Pineapple slice and fresh mint leaf for garnish

Directions

1. In a high-powered blender, add the chopped pineapple, coconut cream, white rum, and ice.
2. This is where the magic happens! Add the TERANA Ground Nutmeg. This subtle yet aromatic twist will enhance the flavors of the pineapple and coconut, giving your drink unexpected depth.
3. Process all ingredients until smooth. If you want a thicker consistency, add a little more ice. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash of pineapple juice.
