GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

    - 1 cup of fresh spinach
    - 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (pineapple, green apple, or mango)
    - 1/2 cup of coconut water or water
    - 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Parsley (for an intense flavor, you can rehydrate it for 5 minutes beforehand)
    - 1/4 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Ginger
    - 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Directions

1. Firts add the liquids to the blender: coconut water and honey (if using).
2. Add the spinach, frozen fruit, and TERANA spices: TERANA Parsley and TERANA Ground Ginger.
3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve immediately in a tall glass. Enjoy instantly! 🚀
