SPIDER COOKIES

Ingredients

    🍪 Turn your Halloween party into a breathtaking experience with out spider cookies. 🕷️
    - 4.4 oz of very cold butter
    - 8.8 oz of pastry flour
    - A pinch of salt
    - 2.5 oz of white sugar
    - 0.35 oz of vanilla sugar
    - 1 pinch of TERANA Cinnamon
    - 1 medium-sized egg
    - 1.8 oz of white chocolate for desserts
    - 2.6 oz of dark chocolate for desserts

Directions:

1. Dice the butter and mix the cubes with the flour, salt, egg, and both types of sugar. If you have a food processor, the dough will be ready in no time - just mix until smooth.
2. In another large bowl, mix the wet ingredients, beating well before adding the dry ingredients.
3. Stir and knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough. This process takes a bit longer.
4. Work the dough on a clean surface until smooth. Once the dough is soft and easy to handle, not sticky, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough until it’s about 5 mm thick, then cut it into circles.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
7. Melt the white and the dark chocolate separately and then use them to decorate the cookies in the shape of spiders. Enjoy!
