FRUIT SWEKERS WITH CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

    🍡🍫 Enjoy these delicious chocolate fruit skewers! They are a fun and healthy way for the kids to eat fruit, and they will love them! 🍎

    - Assorted fruits to taste (strawberries, banana, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, etc.)
    - 7 ounces of melting chocolate (can be dark, milk or white)
    - Wooden skewer sticks
    - TERANA Ground Cinnamon to taste
    - Optional: toppings to decorate (grated coconut, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc.

Directions:

1. Wash and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces. If you use banana, cut it into thick slices. If you use strawberries, you can leave them whole if they are small.
2. Skewer the fruit pieces on the skewer sticks, combining different fruits and colors to make them more attractive.
3. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl, over a double boiler, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth.
4. Dip each fruit skewer into the melted chocolate, making sure all the fruits are covered, and add a little TERANA Ground Cinnamon to each one while the chocolate is still liquid.
5. If you wish, you can decorate the skewers with toppings such as grated coconut, chocolate chips or chopped nuts before the chocolate solidifies.
6. Place the skewers on a tray covered with baking paper and let them cool in the refrigerator for a few minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
