FRENCH TOAST WITH CINNAMON

Ingredients

    ๐Ÿž Are you a cinnamon lover? This French toast with cinnamon, topped with pomegranate and pine nuts, is the perfect choice for a flavorful and aromatic breakfast. Irresistible! ๐ŸŠ

    - 6 eggs
    - ยฝ cup milk
    - โ…” cup sugar
    - ยฝ cup cream
    - 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon TERANA
    - 1 tablespoons of orange zest
    - 16 slices of bread
    - 3.2 oz butter
    - Pomegranate seeds
    - Pine nuts
    - Mint leaves

Directions:

1. Mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cream, ground cinnamon, and orange zest in a bowl.
2. Soak the slices of bread two at a time, then fry in a pan with butter until lightly browned.
3. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
4. Serve and garnish with pomegranate seeds, pine nuts, and mint leaves.
