CREAMY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ingredients
- Approx. 12 truffles:
- 200 g of good quality dark chocolate
- 100 ml of whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
The TERANA touch:
- ½ teaspoon of TERANA Rosemary (finely chopped or ground)
- ¼ teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cinnamon
- To decorate: cocoa powder, icing sugar, or chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
2. Heat up the cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, without letting it boil.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then mix until you have a smooth and glossy ganache.
4. Stir in the TERANA Rosemary and TERANA Ground Cinnamon. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until the mixture is firm.
5. Form small balls with the mixture (truffles) and roll them in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or chopped nuts.
