CHOCOLATE AND CINNAMON BROWNIE

Ingredients

    🍫 A sweet ending to your meal: chocolate brownie, cinnamon, and cashew nuts. The perfect balance between softness, spiciness, and the irresistible touch of cocoa. A good dessert always has a delicious secret!

    - 7 oz of dark chocolate
    - 3.5 oz of butter
    - 2 eggs
    - 3.5 oz of brown sugar
    - 3.5 oz of flour
    - 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cinnamon
    - 1/2 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Nutmeg
    - 1 pinch of salt
    - 1.7 oz of chopped cashews

Directions:

1. Put the chocolate and butter together in a bowl and melt in a double boiler.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar until foamy.
3. Add the melted chocolate mixture, then the flour, TERANA Ground Cinnamon, TERANA Ground Nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the chopped cashews and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake at 365°F for 25-30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out with some crumbs stuck to it.
6. Let cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
